Profile
My focus is practical IT work: fixing problems, understanding what changed, supporting non-technical users, documenting faults clearly, and keeping technical work organised.
The way I work is structured and methodical. I learn quickly, break technical problems into clear steps, test properly, and keep projects tidy enough to review later.
My background combines user-facing support, self-managed systems, cybersecurity study, and project work across patch review, network scanning, website monitoring, hosted pages, and technical reporting.
Technical Focus
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting, Event Viewer checks, software issues, hardware faults, remote support awareness, fault notes, and user-focused problem solving.
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi configuration, VPN access, router setup, connectivity faults, Nmap, Wireshark, and service visibility.
Microsoft 365 fundamentals, account access, multi-factor authentication awareness, user management, Active Directory learning, Group Policy basics, and Azure fundamentals.
Update evidence, Knowledge Base records, Microsoft Security Response Center advisory mapping, missing patch state, and remediation awareness.
Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures review, severity comparison, vulnerability context, system hardening, defensive reporting, and risk-based prioritisation concepts.
Visitor tracking, click logging, bot filtering, user-agent review, geolocation lookup, and small dashboard workflows for hosted pages.

Windows Patch Evidence Collector
Kolektria started from a practical patching problem: installed updates are usually shown as Knowledge Base numbers, while vulnerability information is usually discussed through advisories and CVEs. The tool collects baseline details, installed updates, Microsoft Security Response Center advisory data, supersedence results, and missing patch information.
It shows PowerShell and Python integration, update data handling, JSON and Markdown reporting, and the ability to turn raw system information into a clear patch-state summary.

Network Scan Reporting Tool
sOndar was built to make Nmap output easier to keep, compare, and explain. Instead of only reading terminal output, it saves scan evidence, parses XML results, extracts hosts and services, and produces a readable Markdown summary.
It shows network discovery, service interpretation, XML parsing, change detection, and the ability to explain scan results in a way that supports troubleshooting.

Website Activity Logging Tool
MONITomy came from maintaining live landing pages and wanting to see whether buttons were being used, which requests looked automated, and how visitors reached the page. It records visits, button events, IP location data, user-agent strings, and bot-like traffic into a private dashboard.
It shows PHP, MySQL, JavaScript event tracking, cPanel deployment, access controls, bot filtering, dashboard work, and practical ownership of a hosted system.
cPanel · public_html · HTML · CSS · Web Hosting
Hosted Landing Page
The Lifeless Chasm Records landing page is a live hosted page maintained through cPanel and public_html. It supports a real independent music label, links visitors to relevant platforms, and stays simple enough to update without unnecessary overhead.
It shows live hosting, deployment discipline, HTML/CSS maintenance, file management, troubleshooting, and responsibility for a public-facing system.
Current Development
Domain concepts, users, groups, organisational units, access control, Group Policy basics, and support-style administration.
Server installation, roles, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, Remote Desktop, permissions, and lab-based troubleshooting.
Cloud concepts, identity basics, Microsoft services, access management, and Azure Fundamentals certification preparation.
Ticket-style documentation, user lifecycle workflows, password resets, onboarding, offboarding, escalation notes, and support communication.
